Ask our coaches and they will tell you that this is the most rewarding way to volunteer your time.  Girls on the Run relies on the contributions of volunteer coaches to activate our 12-week program.  While the coaches get to experience the positive transformations of the girls first-hand, it is often the coaches who say they were transformed the most!

To become a coach, you first need to attend an interactive, fun, mandatory half-day training. Coaches must be able to commit to one or two days per week for the 12-week season.
