Welcome back friends!

Our success is thanks to YOU!  We are so glad that you are joining us again next season as a GOTR program delivery site.  It would be helpful to us if you would complete a Site Renewal Agreement to make it official.  You can do this one of two ways:

Complete a simple online Renewal form by clicking HERE, or

Complete a paper Renewal form by clicking 2013 Fall Returning Site Agreement and returning to us.

Our site requirements for fall of 2013 are the same as this past season.  We ask that all sites commit to:

  • Providing adequate running and activity space for each GOTR practice
  • Providing indoor space in cases of inclement weather
  • Assisting with notifying girls and their families of GOTR registration dates
  • Assisting with storage of GOTR materials if requested
  • Promoting GOTR events (final 5k) to faculty and parents
  • Continuing to be an incredibly valuable and treasured partner to our girls, their families and this community

Site Renewal Agreements are due by August 1, 2013.  The fall season will be September-December 2013.  As always, each school or location will have a GOTR schedule that flexes according to your Thanksgiving Break and other school holidays.
