Molly Snow, Executive Director
Molly joined Girls on the Run of Los Angeles County with 12 years of experience helping non-profit organizations build and improve fundraising programs. Her diverse industry experience includes producing complex, multi-day fundraising events (such as the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer 3-Day and California AIDS Ride), organizational growth planning, project management and peer-to-peer fundraising. Hearing her 10-year-old niece, a GOTR participant, loudly and proudly declare her personal “awesomeness,” something clicked and Molly knew where she wanted to focus her attention, skills and experience. Bringing an intense belief in GOTR’s mission and a deep desire to see girls develop into confident, healthy individuals, she is excited to be a part of this incredible, dedicated team.
Megan Koske, Program Coordinator
Megan received her Masters of Public Health with an emphasis in Health Promotion from San Diego State University in 2009 and got hooked on running after completing a Couch to 5k program in the same year. Today she is a passionate runner completing her first marathon in 2012. Megan relocated to the Los Angeles area in 2012 and has been active with the Los Angeles GOTR Council by spreading the message of whole health through empowerment.
Shari Frolove, Seasonal Program Support Associate
For over 15 years Shari has been a teacher and school counselor for elementary and middle school students. Since working with students in the community and school setting, she discovered her true passion: guiding young adults through transitions so they can achieve success and become well adjusted, productive adults who will make a difference in their communities. Shari is motivated to find solutions that will make a positive change by helping girls discover their strengths, abilities, passions, and talents. Shari started her own business as a tween guidance counselor when she recognized a need for this age group to build the confidence necessary to handle life’s challenges. The most rewarding aspect of relocating to the Los Angeles area has been finding a perfect fit with Girls on the Run.
